I am not good at all with Access; Crystal Reports is extremly fast and has plenty of features; all my trainees (I am a freelance software instructor) who know Access are really impressed by the power and easyness of Crystal Reports.

Thanks Alexandre,
What are the advantages of using Crystal Reports instead of the standard MS Access reporting capabilities? Is that performance or feature related?
Thanks (again).
Niek.

Niek,
with 40 projects 5 Mb each, it would be much better to use MS Project Server.
if you keep storing your projects in a MS Access database, try using Crystal Reports to build your reports.
