This is a problem I picked up when I updated my books to MSP 2007.
I contacted Microsoft and we had a few emails back and forward. The final reply was basically that issues was passed on to the appropriate department for action.
I always recommend that you should never ever use any software unless the first service pack has been issued! Especially planning and scheduling software.
