Going from SureTrak to MSP is always a problem as SureTrak is richer in scheduling functionality, such as allowing two relationships per task and two relationships per task which MSP does not allow and creates error messages.

Youre dead right it doesnt work. MSP no longer supports mpx files and hasnt since, I think, MSP 98. You can copy/paste the data via excel and import it that way. but youll need separate file for activities and relationships and, probably, constraints.
