use the camera icon to copy each gantt chart you want to a gif file,
then save your project as a html file, use the standard html mapping, add the gif file
do it againg for each and every project.
Or use a third party software like projectreporter.
MS Project 2003 Server is much too complicated and expensive for the need you describe and is not compatible with Project 2000; MS Project Central is no longer available.

Microsoft have something for your need.
Try project web access (PWA),project central or project server.
try to search on microsoft for more info.

I always understood MSP2000 had all these facilities, take it up with microsoft, and let me know if you have any success.
