I agree that sometimes there isnt as much information as there should be, but there is usually a contact telephone number or e-mail address. If you think you might be interested in the job, contact them and ask about the arrangements for a work permit. You might find that while they would normally expect you to arrange things yourself, if you are keen and proactive they just might do it for you.

Mostly you have to arrange work permit for these jobs. There are rare companies who arrange work permit for their employees.
