Calendars in Programming

Hi Gary or Lo

The result of an impacted delay event depends entirely on the quality and detail of your programme.

Can you see precisely in your programme where the delayed pour sits - or are you guessing where it might be in a more global programme?

If it is the latter then you will have great difficulty demonstarting any cause and effect.

I await your response with interest because this goes to the nub of my crusade regarding Bottom Up FS programming.

Best regards

Hi Gary

You can mark change in design as delay event and impact it on your programme, by the way which cause and effect method you employ for the demonstration of extension of time?.After the impact check do they have any impact on your project completion date.If yes then variance of project completion date of impacted programme and Consented/Updated programme project date in calender dates is your entitlement
