FOr a Contract where the Contractor plays the role of design and Build, I encourage you to contact www.rics.org and bookstore to check for a model of Design and Build Contract Agreement.

Please do not change any of the General Conditions. You can custom tailor the "Supplementary Conditions" section according to your project needs.

Hi Umer



You can purchase a suitable form of contract from the publishing body - Fidic - ICE - JCT etc.



This can then be adapted to your specific needs.



To copy such a document would be a breach of copyright so please do not do it.



Also using a "draft" contract that someone else has written would be very dangerous.
