About Time - Delay Analysis in Construction, Author(s): Lowsley & Linnett



Construction Delays Extensions of Time and Prolongation Claims, Author: Roger Gibson



Causation and Delay in Construction Disputes, Author Nicholas Carnell



and then there’s the daddy....



Delay & Disruption in Construction Contracts 3rd Edition (specifically Chapters 7, 8, 9, 14), Author: Keith Pickavance

Go to the RICS bookshop.



Mr Litten’s (or it may be Linnet) About Time is an excelent guide to how an adjudicator - arbitrator views the delay analysis process.

Roger Gibson has just released one called "Extensions oftime submissions & delay claims" - published by Taylor & Francis.



Looks promising, but dont know how good it is... I’d buy a copy if i could afford it...
