Maybe u can create a dummy column, goto "data> custom data item" then create a column, use Global Change to make the calaculation and click run transfer the result to the dummy column you already create.

I think it is not possible.
The percent progress alway round off to the whole number without decimal.
Lets hear from other PP, maybe im wrong. And I also want to be corrected if my reply is wrong in this thread.
