I would very much like to take you up on your offer, question within the realms of claims; do you have a tried and tested methodolgy or process, you use to establish. What sort of claim you are handling, where is the documentation to build or establish cause and effect, what do you do when there is none, or very fragmented information to access.
I could go on, but I think you can get the just of my question.
Describe the project. Typically for a construction project we need to define what we want to build and how we want to procure it. These details would affect the basics of the design process. Do you have a project in mind, or is it general info you are after ?

Clive,
Sounds like a generous great offer. Why has no-one responded ? Looks like no one wants FREE assistance.
