Have given up on it. I dont have maintenance for PowerProject as I dont use it and I was talking to Asta about the problem. If I had maintenance it is a job for them and would take a few days. PDF will have to do.

I checked again. I have PowerProject 5 and when I try to open the mail a text box comes up in PowerProject saying "The project is in a version that is too old to be converted. (Before version 3.0)". Any thoughts?

If you have version 5 and the programme you want to open is from version 3, there should not be any problem.
But as the latest version is 9, it is not likely that you would receive a programme in version 3. (Or was it 8 instead?).
Anyway ASTA helpdesk is very good in answering the customer problems. So I suggest you contact them.
