1. Preparation of Cl-14 program of works  with resourse allocation .
2. Preparation of Cash Flows and Budgeting reports, tracking of progress and Earned value analysis .
3. Preparation of the accelerated work schedules to complete the project within the specified time and revised completion program.  
4. Updating the schedule periodicaly. 
5. Cost control implementation and generation of reports. 
6. Monitoring the progress of work.
