§ Preparation of Baseline Schedule as per the contract conditions.
§ Calculating and Loading the schedule with all the resources like Man-hours and Equipment hours. (For forecasting the manpower requirements)
§ Work break down structure as per the project requirements.
§ Deciding the appropriate weekly and monthly progress report formats.
§ Preparation of control logs for Procurement (Long Lead) and subcontracting activities for monitoring during execution.
§ Implementation of MEP Schedule with project team.
§ Lead weekly planning meetings to ensure progress on track and enforce compliance to plan.
§ Initiating delay notifications / time extensions and claims.
§ Preparation of Monthly Progress presentation (in Power Point)
§ Close coordination with PM and Site team to enforce accurate progress monitoring system.
§ Close monitoring of logistics and procurement plan.
§ Preparation of Look Ahead Schedules
§ Reporting to Client weekly and monthly.
§ Updating the schedule and comparing the progress with target schedule.
§ Preparation of recovery schedules if requires.
