§  Draft/Review tender / contract documentation
§ Participate in tender openings, tender appraisal
§ Appoint consultants/ contractors
§ Draft/ Review nomination of lead / other consultants
§ Review nomination sub-contractors / suppliers appointment
§ Review consultant’s / miscellaneous payment
§ Update project budgets and prepare internal project cost reports

Post Contract

§ Contractual support to the Project Managers
§ Check / Review of contractor’s interim payment
§ Review/ agree final account
§ Review of Variation Orders - Change Proposals, Provisional, Approved etc.
§ Review miscellaneous cost claims
§ Participate in the commercial meeting
§ Review consultant’s / other direct payments
§ Prepare/Review internal project corpoarte contract reports/ updates
