PROJECTS – Onshore / Offshore Security Upgrade Project and Critical Crude Pipeline Replacement Project.

PLANNING / SCHEDULING
Performs project planning tasks and schedule development and update.

     Prepares and manages overall master project schedule integrating the project Work Breakdown Structure using an appropriate scheduling software package (Primavera)
     Planning & Scheduling of Conceptual Design, FEED & Detail Design projects.
      Measure on a weekly basis Project performance and project change management.
      Evaluates critical paths in the project schedules and evaluate alternative schedule options to identify optimum project strategies or resolve problems before and during execution.
     Cost Time Resources (CTRs) and Man-hours coordination..
     Performs probabilistic analyses of completion dates and potential alternatives. Presents risk based analyses of most likely completion and expected deviation range.
     Develops and implements plan versus actual progress curves. Reports and analyses monthly deviation from plan. Evaluates allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
     Liaises with all team leaders to communicate required completion dates and interfaces between responsible parties
     Monitoring, reporting of actual progress, man-hours consumption and earned value for
execution of various projects.
     Develop and update on a weekly basis different project schedule using Primavera
Software

PROJECT- Utue Free Flow Concept Study.

COST

      Implement, administer and maintain cost control systems and procedures to track and report the project budgets, commitments and expenditures.
     Analysing, evaluating, and forecasting current status against an established baseline using Excel worksheet.
     Analysing Progress measurement using histograms, S curves and productivity charts.
      Update and Issue weekly and monthly cost reports to Project Engineer, Management and individual projects as required

ESTIMATING
Develops, implements, and maintains the estimating and budgeting effort on different Projects.

      Produce list of materials quantities and labour units from drawing.
      Apply cost to bill of quantities and produce a material estimate.

PROJECT- MPN Major Integrity Project (MIPS-EPCM) Management LOA
     Collect cost and Schedule data for the preparation of MIPS Monthly Project Review Document (MPRD)
     Generate expended Manhours reports for all the MIPS projects as well as the Subcontractors Hours, provide specific Manhours details as require for SHE on a weekly basis
     Prepare Training Program Monthly Report for the MIPS assigned Trainees which shows the Training cost report and cost graphs,

     (NNPC-NAPIMS, LAGOS ) Project Management (NYSC), 2007 - 2008
     Participated in the supervision and monitoring of Ofon Phase II project by ensuring that all FEED and Detailed engineering design stage of the project is domiciled in Nigeria.
     Processed cash call for oil facilities maintenance budget line items, evaluated budget performance, managed monthly forecast and variance analyses and presented findings to senior Management.
      Participated in the pre-qualification of Chevron Engineering Services Agreement and presented results to Management for approval and recommendation to technical stage of the evaluation process.


     (NNPC-NAPIMS, LAGOS ) Trainee Engineer (SIWES) 2005
Part of the team that commissioned Cawthorne Channel Gas Injection Project, which gather the gas that is currently flared in the field for re-injection and for the supply to a third party for LPG extraction.
