Accountable for the management and development / creation of Work Pack documents and Microsoft Project schedules based on the Transfield Services ‘Turnaround Management Plan’ and planning procedures for: breakdown, routine and shutdown maintenance activities and sustaining capital project activities as required by GNI contract 1534 A & B.
Specific Responsibilities
¨ Led and provided technical guidance to six Detail Planners and two Schedulers.
¨ Prioritise Maintenance, Shutdown and sustaining Capital work activities and delegate activities to Detail Planners for planning evolution.
¨ Prepare work pack Completion and readiness reports.
¨ Coordinate Work Pack Quality Assurance reviews with Quality assurance team.
¨ Liaise with other departments such as; Design, Work Shops, Production, HSE and Quality to ensure the planning outcomes satisfy evolving business needs.
¨ Coordinate with schedulers to develop work schedule logic and timely work order release.
¨ Manage maintenance, shutdown and capital schedules to maximize labour and resource efficiency.
