I worked within Network Management Systems in charge of Project Control and Business Support for the directorate. I controlled a team of 4 Planners who directly reported to me. Key accountabilities for this role were: Project Control, Bid Management, WBS Maintenance/Creation, Schedule Development, and Resource Management across the Business Directorate, and Monthly project reporting utilising Earned Value. I also had responsibility for presenting information monthly to the board of Directors for the Business Directorate highlighting Earned Value performance, performance against budgets and performance trends. I was also part of the Steering Committee for the Implementation and Control of the Programme Management tool Primavera across Thales Air Operations at Wells.
