Ensuring that all Key Milestones within the Project Plan adhere to the CSL Process Timeline.
Ensuring that all relevant activities within the WBS are correctly coded, resourced and logically linked.
Ensuring that for each project, Planned & Actual costs are allocated initially at a WBS Summary level and updated on a monthly basis.
Progress monitoring & update of each individual project on a weekly basis.
Issuing of Project Plans on a weekly basis to all interested parties within CSL.
Production & update of Offshore Maintenance Plans.
Scheduling and attending bi-weekly Construction Progress meetings.
Scheduling and attending bi-weekly Engineering Progress meetings.
Vetting of any Contractor Implementation Plans.
