B30 Legacy Pond is an ailing building from the 1960s that is at various stages of decommissioning. Known as the most polluted industrial building in Europe, it represents one of the world’s toughest radiological decommissioning operation engaging all levels of stakeholders. Value is in excess of £70m over the whole life-cycle. Scope includes; O&M, EPC, construction, HVAC, all levels of waste disposal routes within stringent safety practices.

• I am responsible for the production and maintenance of P3e and MSP Schedules associated with the Commercial Operations within B13 and the production and Implementation of the Leased Operations Facility Integrated Safety Improvement Programme (ISIP)
• I am responsible for the production of P3e programmes to meet NDA ‘Life Time Plan’ requirements associated with B13 Leased Operations Facility.

• Updating of required fields in detailed planning systems.
