Performed planning and project control activities for Transneft OJSC overhaul and refurbishment projects. Project Control Center “Stroineft”, an affiliate of Transneft, is the management and engineering company of Transneft. Made inputs into the development of the Program for OJSC Transneft overhaul and refurbishment, development of design documentation, selection of contractors, preparation and conclusion of construction contracts, facilities turnover to the Client. Carried out cost control activities for projects approximating 500 mln. rubles in total value.

Performed planning and project control activities for Sakhalin-II Project using Primavera software. The Sakhalin-II Project is the world’s largest integrated oil and gas development. Sakhalin Energy, an affiliate of Gazprom, is the operator of the Sakhalin-II Project. Other participants in the Sakhalin-II Consortium are: Shell is a worldwide group of oil, gas and petrochemical companies; two Japanese trading houses, Mitsui and Mitsubishi.

Performed planning and project control activities for Sakhalin-I Project using Primavera software. The Sakhalin-I Project is an oil and gas development on the northeast shelf of Sakhalin Island. Exxon Neftegas Limited, an affiliate of Exxon Mobil Corporation, is the operator of the Sakhalin-I Project. Other participants in the Sakhalin-I Consortium are: two Russian companies, Sakhalinmorneftegas-Shelf and RN-Astra; the Japanese company Sakhalin Oil and Gas Development Co., Ltd.; and India’s ONGC Videsh Ltd.

Drew up quotations, work scope assessments; developed and concluded contracts and change orders for construction and installation activities; liaised with the Client to get progress verification reports signed off, performed contract termination activities. Carried out cost control activities for projects approximating 300 mln. rubles in total value.
