Monitor, update, analyze and report project progress and forecast to client, top and site management using various analyzing tools such as critical path method, milestone trend analysis and s-curves. Prepare specific schedules for procurement, construction (civil, mechanical and electrical) and testing and commissioning.

„       Project set up, ground works for progress valuation and tracking. Establishment of WBS, % weightings.

„       Commercial valuation and invoicing preparation, agreeing quantities, rates with client, checking and sign off of payment certificates.
