•Liaise with project managers and other departments for progress data and reporting.
•Prepares Notice of Delay and substantiation reports for Claims of Extension of Time.

•     Approving/disapproving sub-contractors programmes
•     Tracking procurement schedules, compare contractors 3-week rolling programmes with the Master Programme and advised contractors the schedule of areas to work on
•     Conduct daily site inspection for site work progress with photo recording and programme updating.
•     Liaise with other trades and subcontractor for avoid work area conflicts.

Provide Project forecast for the “what-if” Scenario based on different Work Methodologies.
Assist the team in preparing Progress Report which includes Schedules, Submissions such as RFI, etc.
Assist the team to prepare work Documents for Contract Dispute.
Assist the team to prepare the Tender Technical Documents which cover Programme Information, Methodologies, Site Amenities Set-up, etc. for Fit-Out works Contract

As Planner:     Extensive and continuous background in Planning & Scheduling jobs (structures, fit-out & MEP’s), with emphasis in construction management. Consistently completed projects participation through superiors and clients satisfaction from required high level of planning standards, control and reporting procedures. Setting up multi-level schedules and determination of the appropriate structures used for projects.
