Also reviewed schedule and data integrity and provided recommendations on methodology improvements. Designed bespoke layouts and reports for management. Produced process for transfer of schedule data to other companies within the joint venture.

Dec 08 Project Controls Manager for London Underground covering over £1B capital investment annually.  This involved overseeing the planning/scheduling on all projects, some of note being;

Manager Project Controls & Estimating - Responsible for all aspects of project controls globally for Eli Lilly & Co, including developing, implementing and maintaining corporate proejct controls SOP's and best practices, providing training and mentoring to internal and external project team members, as well as provides guidance and assistance to project teams in the development and integration of project schedules, risk management and claims mitigation.
