Current RoleI am a self-driven senior planner with over twenty years’ experience in construction on many types such as, high rise buildings ranging in height from three to forty five floors, I also have experience with airport, MOD and over ground railway projects ranging in value from 12m to 60m.

I come from a multi skilled background where my career progressed through to construction management and then onto project planning.

RDS, KCA DEUTAG’s engineering division, has been a leader in the design of drilling facilities for offshore platforms provides engineering services from pre-project and Front End Engineering Design (FEED) through detail design, construction support, hook-up and commissioning

Current Role

Planning Engineer for the Independent Engineer for the "Elefsina, Korinthos, Patra, Pyrgos, Tsakona motorway" project. Project Time Schedule review and follow up, monthly reports and constructor's payment applications review.

Created Baseline for Master Schedule and Narrative Schedule.

Writing Monthly Report and Monitoring Schedule.

Cost Estimate for Evaluated Sub Contractor and NewItem on Site.

Current Role

Fully resource the construction programme with all labour, plant and materials. Critical path analysis and produce mitigation programmes where required to accommodate lost time or change of scope of works. Implementation of compensation events and the effects on the accepted programme and the future costs. Using P6, produce cost curves and future trends of spend. Compile progress reports each month for the client and key milestone reports.  Proficient in the use of P3, P6, CS Project as well as other software
