EPC Senior Planner

• Prepare / Review and approve / comment / finalize on the Engineering (Design), consultant/vendor, Budget, Procurement, Construction  & Commissioning schedules as submitted and ensure the Schedule is in compliance with the overall project schedule through critical path method and advise the concerned of any deficiencies from standards.
• Continuously monitor, against approved schedules, the Contractor’s major construction progress and ensure equipment and manpower are adequate or in case of any shortage report to concerned.

1. Establishing the Baseline Programme

2. Monitoring the daily progress of works

3. Reporting & Presenting the progress to Top Management & Client.

4. Preparing Impacted Cost & Delays analysis for the project.

5. Preparing & compiling of Application of EOT's notification & documents.

6. Revised & Recovery Work Programme.

7. Monitor, Review, Analyse & Realign the Subcontractors progress of works from delays.

8. Guide the young .planner on the above.
