Civil Planning Engineer

Manage Primavera5 programmes for various high profile sites, around the city, as part of Carillion Utility Services’ £40M contract on the Edinburgh Trams project.
Monitor and analyse sites’ Earned Value capturing issues which could impact on the programme. Assist in redirecting Operations efforts and focus on maintaining site productivity.
Identify future programme risks/opportunities, passing on salient points to Construction team and Project Director.
Provide support to claims process through "as-planned Vs as-built ", and "time slice" analysis.

400mm-1200mm underground sewerage line using NDM methodology and deep excavation/construction works. Raha Garden infrastructure erection. Project Covers 28 Km and is of 100,000,000 AED

Prepare baseline schedule of works, Identify critical path, measure and monitor progress actual production rates against budgeted rates.

Prepare resource histograms, cash flow charts, Key performance indicators, various S- curves and other reports in accordance with client requirement.   

Working for construction of 3 No Towers resting on a common podium, a project (worth $150m) as Senior Planning Engineer and delivering following;

Almas Tower 360 m Tower, 65 Storey Building Achieve a 4 day cycle built.
