As Project Control Engineer, my major tasks included
- Develop resource loaded project master schedule at various levels (up to Level 4).
- Develop progress measurement systems and prepare reporting formats.
- Prepare update on weekly/monthly basis for progress and schedule for all project phases including monitoring and control of Contractors / sub-contractors’ schedules and progress.
- Prepare weekly/monthly status reports to client and management
- Maintain Change Order Management System including preparation, evaluation and recommendation of Change Orders claims including requests for extensions of time.
- Participate to negotiation and resolution of Change Orders (Cost and Schedule).
- Take part to Technical Bids Evaluation for main contractor or sub-contractors (Schedule and Project Controls Section).
- Provide support for the selection of various Contractors / sub-Contractors and ensure establishment of their schedules and progress measurement as per project requirements.
