Responsible for the Planning & Cost Control Department in a Composite organization, providing comprehensive Project Management Solutions from Tender Stage to the formal Closing-out of the projects and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director.
• Development & Implementation of Project Management Information System (PMIS) and Project Controls / Cost Control Procedures.
• Schedule Development & Control to ensure proper Scope/ Integration/ Time / Cost Management of the projects in Coordination with Projects Managers, Consultant / Client & Sub-Contractors at all levels.
• Budget review & Transformation to CI System to generate Cost Reports.
• Induction Training for the project team pertaining to Project Controls System.
• Technical Support, Training & Professional Development of Planning Engineers.
• Enterprise Resource & Procurement Planning.
• Preparation of Projects’ Status Reports including Progress S-Curves, Invoicing Curves, Cash Flows & Submittals’ Logs for Materials / Drawings / Sub-Contractors.
• Identification / Analysis / Preparation of Variation / EOT (Extension of Time) Claims.
• Contracts Administration including Review of Contracts / Sub-Contracts and timely initiating / replying Correspondence with Clients, Consultants and Sub-Contractors to protect Contractual Rights of the company.
• Representing the company during Litigation.
• Value Engineering.
