Responsible for the preparation of Level 3 Critical Path Networks and Bar Charts integrating separate multi-disciplinary railway design and construction programme, ensuring co-ordination especially of signalling design and construction for the Sandbach to Wilmslow Resignalling Scheme.
Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application of the primavera P6 software to understand the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets to determine the resource requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project through the project measurement system.

Development of the Level 3 integrated Hook-up, commissioning and start-up schedule of approx 250,000 manhours. This included all interfaces with Sub-sea and FPSO mooring activities including riser tie-ins, umbilical tie-ins and flexible riser connections.
Development of the Level 4 commissioning schedule including links to construction and pre-commissioning schedule. Schedule was resource weighted (approx 300,000 manhours) and broken down to subsystem level. Coding allowed direct updating from Certification system (ICAPS).
Reporting directly to the FPSO Commissioning Manager. Responsible for compilation and issue of Weekly and Monthly progress reports.
Responsible for the development of a system-based commissioning and start-up plan for a new Gas Plant in EG. The first stage included Power Generation, Gas Compression and Injection packages along with associated utilities (Flare, Drains, Air and Utility Water etc). The second stage involved commissioning of a new Gas Plant and LPG Storage tanks.
Commissioning activities were resourced to provide manning requirements and progress reports by manhours.
