Responsible for the development of a system-based commissioning and start-up plan for a new Gas Plant in EG. The first stage included Power Generation, Gas Compression and Injection packages along with associated utilities (Flare, Drains, Air and Utility Water etc). The second stage involved commissioning of a new Gas Plant and LPG Storage tanks.

 Commissioning activities were resourced to provide manning requirements and progress reports by manhours. In addition the Prima Vera plan was coded (in the WBS) to enable importing of progress directly from the Certification database.

 I reported directly to the Commissioning / Startup Coordinator.

During this project I also developed a turnaround schedule to complete tie-ins to existing plant as well as the plan for startup interfaces with offshore units. Both of these detailed Prima Vera schedules were planned with activity durations in hours.
