Worked on different roads projects.

1. Prepared a Master Program for the whole project on Primavera Project Planner which generated the reports of monthly material consumption, equipment and manpower deployment graph. The program submission also included the cash flow reports in order to make clear the monthly cash inflow outflow.
2. Co ordinate with managers and with site people to discuss the constraints in the progress, solve them and make them aware of current status of the Project.
3. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
4. Update the progress on the Primavera Project Planner P3.
5. Showing the status of the project with the help of target bars on primavera
6. Revised the program when the actual progress was behind the Planned Progress
7. Attend the consultant meeting regarding the submission of Master Program, revised program/Schedule and progress meetings.

Worked on the contract clauses related to planning and scheduling and also worked for the extension of Time (EOT) Claim
