Upon joining WP I’ve been engaged with varieties of CAPEX projects within their Minerals and Metals group mainly including feasibility study and Definition as well as Execution phase project schedules for process plants and materials handling facilities. As senior planner I’m in charge organizing and steering all planning related activities for the project team to make sure the whole scope of projects has been covered and well time-planned in schedules.

Current Role
Working as Lead Engineer (Project Controls) and involved in Project Control activities of KGD6 – 80MMCMD Onshore Gas Terminal Project (Green field) at Kakinada (AP) commencing from Dredging works, Site Grading, Piling Works, Construction Jetty and Infrastructure facilities establishment till Commissioning of Onshore Terminal Project including Infrastructure Buildings
Responsibilities:
Interface with Construction manager, Project Control Manager and Discipline leads
Preparation of WBS, Construction Schedules and Pro
Leads planning department and ensuring individual tasks are performed accordingly.
Preside weekly coordination meeting to all discipline to discuss current situation facing problems and gathering individual insight to draw-up measures for improvement.
I am currently the Programme Controls Manager on the North West Gas Alliance (NWGA). I am in charge of a team of 4 planners where we plan and control the lay and abandonment of 526km (£100 million). We use Primavera P6 which is connected directly to the Commercial, Noticing and Validation databases to input or/and view data from our database.
