• Review the contractor’s master and detailed time schedules that prepared by CPM techniques, including
work breakdown structure, sequence of works, priorities and resources required for the execution
of the project as manpower and equipment ensuring that they meet project’s requirements and
specifications
• Recommending approval of Contractor’s time schedule to Resident Engineer
• Review Contractor’s monthly reports including the monthly updated program, S-curves, quantities of work
done and resources compared to with the contract approved target program
• Prepar
