(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Excell Based incentive plan for multiprojects?

I need help regarding creation of incentive plan in place of excess over times with zero productivity. Becaz i am going to coordinate more than Twelve running projects through operation office as Cost Control Coordinator. I am having following parameters:

1- Monthly Manhours Planning through approved Histogram
2- Rough Estimated quantities

I am facing a lot of incompetencies from site senior guys also.

So, i need to finalize a consolidated incentive plan to rectify productivity loses.
In this whole process, i need your help in the form of excell based templates.

Dear Amir,

The incentive should depend on the approved Program of Works for each Projects. They will have to acheive the milestones and complete the project on time in order for you to give them the incentive.

This will be based on production rates. You will need to review and formulate a plan for each project. Subsequently, you can montior it.

Determine what you want to complete and the duration, then use the billable unit rates as the standard form to release incentive to your team.
