◊ Definition of the schedule and progress measurement procedure (WBS, OBS, RBS, Activities codes…)
◊ Effective implementation throughout the project life
◊ Development of EPC schedules (interactive planning session leader)
◊ Development of the commissioning and qualification schedules
◊ Critical Path & Schedule Analysis (Monte-Carlo simulation…)
◊ Development of KPI’s and dashboards for Project & Portfolio Management
◊ Development of Project Control tools in the matters of cost, schedule and resources.
◊ Lead the project control strategy; reporting to the project management; PMO Member
◊ Elaboration of proposals to the project team and Steering Group to re-orient the project.
◊ Improvement of Project Dashboard / Reports (cost, time, EHS & risk)
Resources Management

◊ Development and implementation of a resources management tool
◊ Definition of KPI’s and Dashboards, comparison Demand / Supply /Actuals / Forecast and propose solutions to conflicts of allocation between Projects
◊ Deployment of the tool within all departments of the Engineering in Europe and North America (500 users)
◊ Improvement of the capitalization and the back charge of the engineering hours.
