Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello planners!!

Need help releated to adding user in primavera P6 v7

is that possible to add an user for specific period only for e.g.

I want to add one user form suppose 10th Dec 2012 to 31st Dec 2012

is this is possible to do if yes! how?

I think it can be done using the DB but not with P6.

You can consult your IT rep.

Thank you Raymund ! For your kind information but still have a doubt.

Is that is possible in P6 V7 the users are added and it automatically deletes the user after specific period that he has been assigned for. I totally agree as the poweruser i can delete the user the period which i have specified but, can it be done by P6 itself?

Rajesh,

Add a user on the 10th Dec 2012 and delete the same user on 01st January 2013.

As a poweruser you can do that.
