Hi Hady,

Equal or not equal, still you have to filter or use the "If Paramaters" if you are going to use the global change.

The easiest way is to show the % complete type on the column.

Hi Hady,

Even without utilizing the global change, you can easily change the % complete type by showing them into column and use the command fill down.

try to create user field, when export to excel be sure to add that field
in excel use it as your % completion
in P6 use globel change to convert that field to Duration or Physical duration.

Hi Luca,

I forgot about PM5 but if you have done and it works for you then it’s fine. However, in P6 it doesn’t work. Anyway, thanks for the info.

Regards,

Arnold

Hi
I just done a progress update on PM5 this morning, using "’Activity % Complete(%)" and worked

May be in PM6.2 this field is not locked

Hi Luca,

You just mentioned the asterisks (*) in the heading cannot be imported. However, "Activity % Complete" also has.

How can you export back to P6? Can you tell us?

Arnold

Hi
from excel you have to import back the "Actvity % Complete"
All other PCTs that have an * near the headings are not importable back in Primavera Enterprise

Hi Kier,

You need to change your remaining duration: Because Duration % Complete equals to (OD - RD)/OD*100.

Where: OD is taken from the current plan & not from the baseline.

HTH.

Duration % complete probabaly not a field that is importable. Any field that has an asterisks in the heading cannot be imported.
