Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear,

In P3, only 2 targets could be set. However, it is very often the programme would be revised 6 to 7 times or even more in a project of 2 to 3 years span. How could I set more targets while the old ones to be kept rather than delete the old versions.

Hi to all

As Rafael rightly pointed out ,P3 is limited to 2 targets .It does not matter how many times you revise the baseline.Targets is for comparison purpose .

Gary,

The targets or baseline are stored in separate files so there is no limit as to the amount you can have other than the limited characters for job names. Say about 36^4 = 1,679,616 (minus one, the actual job) if using all characters and numbers in your keyboard.

You can edit and work with your baselines as you wish. The two jobs limitation is for displaying the data in your layouts and graphic reports.

Best regards,
Rafael
