Job Responsibilities:

Ø  Review project milestones, tender / contract requirements and prepare project schedules based on the planned milestones.

Ø  Review, identify and advise project manpower, equipment and other resource requirements.

Ø  Prepare and ensure master programme of works / critical milestones are achieved, ensuring effective planning and monitoring of site progress.

Ø  Develop look ahead programmes and identify resource requirements of manpower and equipment and materials.

Ø  Coordinate with Project Manager/Lead Planning engineer for construction schedule, resource requirements, procurement and subcontracting.

Ø  Review and report project progress on regular basis.

Ø  Analyze productivity data and reports to Project Manager as necessary.

Ø  Tracking of daily progress together with Project Manager / his deputy.

Ø  Preparation / submission of daily, weekly and Monthly reports to Client and project progress on regular basis.

Ø  Preparation / implementating corrective actions / Recovery programme to arrest Slippages.

Ø  Coordinate with subcontractor to finalize planning requirements and coordinates between different activities.

Ø  Supervision & checking of works by using right tools and right methodology.

Ø  Coordinate with Project Manager/Lead Planning engineer for planning package make early / late schedule of project S- curve.
