(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

In my cost loaded program the Performance and Schedule % complete are showing as 0% at all WBS Levels but budgeted and actual costs are displayed.
Morever, when i further collapse the program to the activity level, the performance % complete is being shown but the schedule % complete is still being displayed as 0% for the activity.
Please explain how to track the schedule and performance % complete at WBS level too.

you can not roll this up at wbs level this is by design becasue there are 3 different types of % complete that you can choose whoch are "Duration", "Units", or "Physical. So if some activites were duration % complete and some were units % complete and some were physical % compelte then you would have apples,, oranges & pears.
If you want to use WBS Level % Complete then you can use steps
The percent complete using the WBS Milestones that are assigned to a WBS level. Computed as Actual Weight of Completed Milestones divided by the Total Possible Weight of All Milestones.
