Performance % and Schedule % Complete not being displayed in Cost Loaded Program at WBS Level

Please help!!

In my cost loaded program the Performance and Schedule % complete are showing as 0% at all WBS Levels but budgeted and actual costs are displayed.

Morever, when i further collapse the program to the activity level, the performance % complete is being shown but the schedule % complete is still being displayed as 0% for the activity.

 

Please explain how to track the schedule and performance % complete at WBS level too.
