Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we deliver the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

you can use start or finish varience columns to show this or if you are using 2003 or later there is a wizard to compare 2 project files and listt all the changes between them

hope that helps

Hi Ahmed,

There must be a column of DURATION VARIANCE. Double Click on the column head and add this column in the field name.

This shud solve ur problem

Hi Ahmed

Did you baseline the programme???

If so then you need to format the bars to show the baseline bars,
