I have 20 years worldwide experience on EPC contracts (Client and Contractor side) as Sr. Planning Eng. and Cost Control.

Extensive use of planning tools as Primavera P6, using Earned Value Method to organize and monitoring Engineering, Procurement,

Site Construction and Commissioning progress Percentage plus “S” curves charts,

And Men-Power Histograms for projects on the field of:

1. Monitors project status & plan for catch-up as necessary.
2. Analyzes related factors that causes delays & be able to scrutinize the delays to control probable slippage of schedule and or minimize its effect in the overall execution of the project.
3. Tracks down and assess weekly progress.
4. Prepares weekly and monthly accomplishment reports.
5. Revision of project schedule.
6. Prepares look ahead schedule.
7. Prepares Manpower report.
8. Attend management meeting as to present project status.

I am currently the senior planner for Mott Macdonald Bentley working on all AMP5 schemes for Yorkshire water based in the Leeds office.  I also prepare tender submission programmes and have worked on multiple schemes for Severn Trent.  Prior to becoming a planner I have 10years of site experience from being an engineer through to site agent.  I have also gained commercial experience from being part of the estimating team.

I am an active member of the MMB BIM working group and have experience using a number of 4D planning software packages.
