For Tenders:Made Tender schedules for steel constructions in the broadest sense andmultidisciplinary projects such as offshore production facilities in Primavera P6. Setup, developed and realised the fully integrated EPC tender planning for the renovationof 8 bridges over the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal. This was the combinationKWS-Mercon for Kargo Project. Organised and integrated the subcontractorsschedules for the overall EPC Tender planning process.

First based in the Home Office Projects Control environment in Johannesburg, where I developed and maintained the Master Project Schedule, during the engineering & procurement phase of the project.

My responsibilities involved co-ordination with engineering and procurement departments to manage the drawing and equipment delivery interfaces with the schedule.

During the construction phase, I was site based in Madagascar, where I was also the ‘Milemarker’ practitioner (a Fluor system for measuring progress and performance).
