Setup, developed and realised the fully integrated EPC tender planning for the renovationof 8 bridges over the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal. This was the combinationKWS-Mercon for Kargo Project. Organised and integrated the subcontractorsschedules for the overall EPC Tender planning process. Responsible for the writing ofthe planning and progress reporting chapter in the Tender plan. This chapter had asignificant EMVI content, and RWS would judge the reliability and predictability of theimplementation of the project.For Projects:Created, updated and reported progress of the project planning for theVSL beams of the renovation of the bridge: Galecopperbrug. Created, updated andreported weekly and monthly progress of the project schedules for theSchellingwouderbrug, Weesperbrug, Loenerslootsebrug, Overeindsebrug andBreukelerbrug sections. Created, updated and reported project plans by heavy steelconstructions for the clients: Keppel Verolme, Gusto, and Heerema Vlissingen.Created, updated and reported progress of Project Master Schedules for Offshoreprojects for: Gaz de France, Shell RAT and a Living Quarters for Statoil. Made resourcedschedules for the Project Managers and Manager Operations. Updated the integratedProject planning for the combination KWS-Mercon after the Engineering and designprogramme was completed. For Operations:Initiated and developed Portfolio Management Plan for allmanufacturing and off-site erection contracts. Designed, maintained and implementedEarned Value Management techniques for all manufacturing and Assembly activities.Set up, developed and maintained the planning procedures for the manufacture andassembly activities. Set up a WBS container structure for all manufacturing andassembly projects. Weekly Reporting of the Cost Performance Index (CPI) and SchedulePerformance Index (SPI) for all fabrication and off-site erection projects.Responsible for setting up, maintaining and reporting the Project Master Schedules inPrimavera Sure Track for multidisciplinary offshore projects. Developed weekly andmonthly reports.
