Responsible to integrate Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) schedules for 200 million USD brownfield CAPEX and OPEX projects, including fully cost and resource loading P3 schedule and applying Earned Value to generate “real time” reports for management.  Developed a system to deliver status reports on Monday mornings for the status of the projects as of close of business on the previous Friday..
