As Senior Project Controls Engineer, I was involved with K&A’s Business Operations (Gulf) – Projects Control department since May 2016 till July 2018 where I was responsible for;

 

  • Managing / updating the progress & budget / cost control of all projects in Gulf region
  • Maintaining, managing and updating the Master Program for all ongoing projects
  • Monitoring the progress of all ongoing projects
  • Cost / budget controlling of all ongoing projects
  • Risks Assessment / Management & Mitigation on all ongoing projects
  • Evaluating / analyzing the progress reports received from projects
  • Updating and presenting final report to the management in collaboration with Project Controls Manager
  • Support the Supervision projects in planning matters / Baseline Programs Review / EOT claims, etc. which include buildings and infrastructure projects such as;

1. Liwan District Phase 2 – Roads & Infrastructure Works (Baseline program review)
2. Arjan Second Access Road project (Baseline program review)
3. Juma Al Majid Tower at Business Bay, Dubai (EOT Claim review)
4. Al Raha Beach Development, Abu Dhabi (Revised Program Review, Progress Reporting)
5. Marina Bloom Mixed Use Development, Abu Dhabi (Progress Reporting, EOT Claim Review)
6. Remraam Housing Community Phase 2A, Dubai Land, Dubai (Progress Reporting, Program Review, EOT Claims Review)

  SAs Senior Planning Engineer, I was involved in supervision of following projects where I had;

 

  • Reviewed and Recommended Clause 8.3 / Clause 14.1 Programs on below mentioned projects
  • Reviewed / Reviewing the Contractors’ Progress Reports
  • Proposed mitigation measures on these projects after reviewing the Contractors’ progress reports
  • Prepared Monthly Windows Analysis Reports in Dar Wasl Project
  • Reviewed & Recommended EOT Claims / Concurrent Delays in Dar Wasl Development Project
  • Reviewed / Recommended two EOT Claims / Responded to the Employer’s comments on the claims and played a major role in negotiating with the Contractor & Employer during review meetings
  • Prepared / Replied to the Contractual Letters / Delay and Early warning Notifications
  1. Opera Grand Residential Tower, Downtown, Dubai (Main Contract Works progressing, Commencement Date: 24 November 2015, Completion Date: 05 March 2019) (M/s Emaar Properties PJSC’s luxurious 69 Stories Residential Tower, Contract Value: AED 600 Million)
  2. Remraam Housing Community Phase 2A, Dubai Land, Dubai (Completed on 31 Jan 2018)
    (Client: Dubai Properties PJSC, Contract Value: AED 542.88 Million)
  3. Dar Wasl Residential Development, Al Wasl Road, Dubai (Completed on 07 April 2016) (M/s Wasl Properties’ Project that comprises 166 townhouses, health club building, Residential building of 112 apartments & 78 shops, Contract Value: AED 333 Million)
  4. Al Osaimi Apartments and Beach Resort, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai (Completed on 07 May 2016) (M/s Al Osaimi Investments’ Hotel apartment building, Chalets, Services Buildings, Administration Building, Swimming Pools, Parking areas & external landscaping Project, Contract Value: AED 371 Million)
  5. Double Tree Hotel by Hilton at Bay Square, Dubai (Completed in August 2017) (M/s Dubai Properties PJSC’s luxurious hotel operated by Hilton, Contract Value: AED 182.5 Million)
