I was part of a core team of individuals that was site based. The project was multi disciplinary, design, procurement, fabrication and erection of piping, civil works, structural steel fabrication and erection, electrical and instrumentation erection, in the petrochemical industry. Using Primavera software, I helped to compile & update level 3 schedules, providing weekly, as well as monthly reports for Management meetings. The compilation of graphs for progress measurement, indicating the earned man-hours versus the planned man-hours.

I was part of a core team of individuals that was head office based, but I had moved to site in Zambia to have a hands-on approach of monitoring progress on a daily basis. This project was multi disciplinary, consisting of design, procurement, fabrication and erection of piping, civil works, structural steel fabrication and erection, electrical and instrumentation erection, as well as close-outs, in the petrochemical industry.
