I was part of a core team of individuals that was site based. The project was multi disciplinary, design, procurement, fabrication and erection of piping, civil works, structural steel fabrication and erection, electrical and instrumentation erection, in the petrochemical industry. Using Primavera software, I helped to compile & update level 3 schedules, providing weekly, as well as monthly reports for Management meetings. The compilation of graphs for progress measurement, indicating the earned man-hours versus the planned man-hours. Compiling of spreadsheets to indicate the productivity of each area / system. Assisted with Management and co-ordination of interface milestones with sub-contractors. The familiarity with NEC contract documents, general conditions, special conditions, scope of work and contractual drawings was of great importance. Compiling of schedules as a basis for compensation events, indicating the loss of time, scope growth or additional manpower required to complete the scope in the given time.
