Hi there,

In one of my many projects,  I have a Budgeted Expense Cost for a selected activity (let’s say $500K)  but  Budgeted At Completion column is still zero.

I have more than 15 projects with almost the same structure with expense cost which do not have this issue (Budgeted At Completion is not zero).

Any one knows a solution for this?

I have checked all project properties and all are the same.

Regards

Farzin

Hi Farzin,

The terminology "Budgeted at Completion" may be a little ambiguious but they maybe  actually referring to "forecast Cost at Completion". You need to learned about the EVM - Earned Value Management and/or EVA process. To calculate your forecast cost at completion  = (Budgeted - Earned to-date) / Actual to-date
